Do NOT buy a Sleep Number bed !!! It is cheaper to buy an air mattress at Walmart because its pretty much the same thing.After having to wait a month to return the bed , they kept $584 for return fees ! Stay away from this company. How they are still in business is beyond me. I was also told by Nikolas that I would get 100% money back of everything if I decided to make a return,, he felt to mention that I would be losing almost $600. The trial period is not the problem

We used to have sleep one three years ago while living in DC. We moved to Florida and wished to continue with the same brand. However, the $250 delivery fee for a $3000 mattress caused us to ask for assistance. As loyal customers, we anticipated a thoughtful offer, but the sales representative claimed no other companies provide any free delivery. When we checked online, we see that all the other companies do. We suggest everyone to look for competitors policies before deciding on anything. We were dissatisfied with the companys approach and very disappointed in their vision.
They dont count any loyalty here, by only not helping us with anything for a 250$ fee, they lost not only $3000 mattress sale, but more importantly they lost a previously satisfied customer.
