When it comes to sleep, I used to be a bit of a mess. I would lie in bed for hours, tossing and turning, trying to will myself to fall asleep. But no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't seem to get the rest I needed. Eventually, I went to New Age Psychiatry, who diagnosed me with insomnia. She prescribed me a medication that helped me finally get the rest I need. Not only that, but I also got therapy which taught me some new techniques for managing my sleep problems. Now, I'm finally getting the rest I need, and my mental health is better for it. Thanks!
