Just from the phone call alone the person behind the phone was very rude and rushing me, as if they had already grown tired of hearing me during a 1 minute long phone call. I had asked the same questions 4 times.

Made appointment with senior stylist on the app yesterday for 9am today. Got here before they opened and upon entering was told my stylist just got there. 20 minutes later I ask how much longer and they tell me my assigned stylist is handling a call in because online appointments aren't really honored here. I now have to wait for another stylist to finish a walk-in. I'm traveling this afternoon so I'm stuck here now with whoever they give me if I want to get my hair cut. It's now 930 and I'm still waiting. Infuriating! Update:I'm conflicted because Jenny gave me an amazing cut.
