Very patient and professional.
We went here instead of a mall kiosk/store and were extremely impressed at how attentive and knowledgeable your staff is (particularly the young dark-skinned (black?) kid with the Afro). Didnt get his name unfortunately. We went on Saturday and were helped around 1-2:00pm after a wait if about 10 minutes.

Bryson was an enormous help setting up my new phone, even stayed after closing to finish the transfer. He followed up the following day, so I Highly recommend his help to anyone in need.

My family and I came into the Delray Beach, FL store after flying in from Massachusetts. We have been Verizon customers for over twenty years and have never had such exceptional help and service.
Lesley was kind, patient, insightful, and thorough. He walked my mother and I through every step. His boss, Anthony, was also fantastic. Both individuals are so humble. Thank you Lesley and Anthony for everything you did!

My wife & I came into the store to fix a problem on her phone & ended up getting new phones, new protective screens & new cases for our phones. Alejandro Gutierrez helped us set up everything & also helped my wife set up her iPhone watch to her new phone, he was very pleasant, patient & kind & knowledgeable in everything we asked him.
