I have been searching for a cleaning company for over 2 weeks to clean our offices in Boca, It appears that many of these companies must not want more business because just like Service Master I call them multiple times and no one ever calls me back or I get a hold of someone and make an appointment to get a quote and no one shows up, very frustrating.

DO NOT USE! They started off being extremely helpful but it went downhill from there. A job that should have taken a day, was split up into multiple days because of miscommunications, staff being late and equipment not working properly. The workers were very professional; however, I didn't appreciate one of them talking on the phone while I was working from home (and it was a personal call). The cleaning started off very good and very detailed, but by the end, there were things that I pointed out and showed them that I could get the dirt out, and they told me it was clean, that I need to re-grout.
Knowing that there were issues, the workers should not have been put in the position of breaking the bad news and then negotiating with me when to come back. I certainly expected to hear from a manager to provide some kind of explanation or apology.
If I hadn't been through a very rough move from out of town, I would call and complain. The most effective thing I can do is to tell people NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
