BEWARE! They have closed out their office phone #. They have a $7,500.00 deposit of mine, and have yet to tell me what the status of my order is. Any responses from Mr. Ben-Ezra or Mr. Kleinfeld have only been a result of my emails. Promises of return phone calls to me have never happened. If you have any monies with them I strongly suggest you act immediately, if you are offered a refund, be sure that it be given in Certified Bank Funds only. The companies FL. Lic# is: U-22083

i did a very large job with these guys. besides very good at asking for more money or asking for a favor and paying in advance this could be one of the worst most unreliable contractors I've ever done business. the owner ken talks a good job but his company stinks.

This Company is a joke. In the summer 2016, we were looking at windows and doors replacements, I visited the showroom to see the products and there was no one knowledgeable enough to give me information, it was agreed that a representative would to call me to make an appointment. Having no response, I called the showroom on a saturday, the person who answered promised me that they would leave a message for someone to return my call the following Monday. Never heard from them, we placed our order with another company in Delray, this was a $10000 sale. This year in January 2017 we are looking at replacing 3 sliders, 1 window and our entry door with sidelight. I wanted to give them another chance and requested an appointment via their website, I never heard from anyone. It is now January 24th and we are in the process of placing orders for $15000. I don`t think these people want business, they spend money on advertising but don't return calls. Go figure.....
