My laptop was freezing up and was unusable so I bought it to AUM. I heard good things about them and should have used them the last time I had computer problems but I learned my lesson. The charged me the basic diagonstic fee and updated everything software wise and I thought I was doing a good job in this regard. They are nice people too. They did this in one day and it appears that everything is back to normal. I am going back here for any trouble on my desktop and they are my repair place of choice now.

All staff is very knowledgeable and if they are not sure they bring in a colleague to take over.
AMU is so important for we seniors who didn't grow up using computers from childhood. I know more than friends who retired @ 55 yet this support is very necessary.

Excellent !! they really exceeded my expectation's! Very knowledgeable and the best they keep you updated, reasonable prices, I will recommends them without hesitation. If I recommends something more it will be I wish they have Saturday and Sunday emergencies technician for after hours
