My wife went to this cleaner and paid Extra for One Day Service! Not only did they fail miserably they never brought the item up from their other store which was located west of Hibiscus in plantation! I was told by the store owner John that’s too bad if I wanted my daughters outfit that I would have to drive an hour and a half in rush-hour 40 miles round trip from Delray to pick it up! I had no choice because my daughter was taking a flight at six the next morning and she needed the outfit! I will never use this cleaner again and tell anyone that I know the horrific and terrible experience and lack of customer service that they do not provide!!
I was in communication with a very nice employee by the name of Debbie who is very helpful I texted them with my experience they never even reached out or contacted me that’s what this place thinks of their clients!! I was assured that the manager and the owner would get back to me and I have yet to get a phone call!!!
