Location and staff were good. However the experience of navigating access from the parking garage to reception was abysmal. The only sign alerting you how to access the hotel was on the 2nd floor of the parking deck. If you didn't happen to notice it, your SOL. I highly recommend the owners experience the hotel from a guests point of view and offer better guidance.

Love love love. Being a Marriot member, I enjoy the huge range of property options in their portfolio, and the AC has quickly become one of my favorites. This Fort Lauderdale location was no exception. Thanks to a crazy delay by a certain yellow airline (who ironically have an office in Dania Pointe) I was staying an extra night, and booked a room here. The lobby is BEAUTIFUL, there is a great pool for relaxing - cool shot of the Hard Rock too - and the room was fantastic. High ceilings, super comfy bed, everything felt luxurious and pristine. Love this property and I will probably go out of my way to book here whenever I lay over at FLL. The woman at the desk also had exceptional customer service skills, and not just because she was able to get us checked in early; I believe her name was Alban, or something similar? Top marks all around, really loved my time here!

NEVER again. Hands down the worst experience I've had with a Marriott.
Many (not all) of the hotel staff are just rude and act like doing their job is some sort of favour they're doing you.
Room itself is modern and visually pleasing, but that goes away quickly.
Tv keeps resetting itself every 30 mins, hydration stations don't work, Dirty surfaces, filthy hairdryer, shower doesn't drain, no hot water been 7am and 9:30am and the absolute cherry on top was trying to iron a shirt.
The second I plugged the iron in AN ENTIRE COLONY OF ANTS EMERGED FROM IT!
There were plenty other issues but it would take too long to list them all
Absolute worst hotel experience. Will never set foot in there again.
As a Titanium member with years of brand loyalty this was beyond disappointing.

The front desk staff they are excellent nice smile on their face quickly to help you with anything you need they try the best to make sure you're comfortable in the hotel I love it I spend a very nice romantic birthday dear it was more than a five star
Rooms: Room was very clean spotless nice view housekeeper was wonderful
Nearby activities: A lot of nearby shopping Cinema bowling so many stuff around there breakfast area Starbucks and many more
Safety: It is a very safe place to walk even in the Hotel is very safe you have to use a security key to go through even in the elevator
Walkability: You can walk around the era safe I love it my girlfriend and I was walking around till late nice area to chill out
Food & drinks: The food around there is delicious I enjoy my food you got everything around that area you don't have to go nowhere else once you stay in AC Marriott Hotel you got it all
