I can forgive the rude attitude and unfriendly demeanor - it doesn't really bother me. But what DOES bother me, is picking up my expensive clothes to find them damaged with staples through the tags. Who does that??! Won't be back.

After getting my shirts and pants back and finding that all my shirts were not pressed properly with a lot of wrinkles and collars not properly pressed I was going to give them a second chance, but then when I prepared my pants for a trip for a wedding Im going to this weekend my pants were not cleaned. There was still dirt on the pocket that was there when I brought them in, very dissatisfied with this company. Very sorry that they do such bad work the woman there was very friendly the gentleman there was not, get a friendlier gentleman at the front and do the work you charged me for when you clean my shirts iron them and clean my pants. What a lousy business. Service: Laundry wash & fold

Our experience with Premier Cleaners dates from 2008. We're in Hollywood for winter only. Compares favorably with our cleaners in chicago which has cared for cleaning needs since 1990.
