To date, I have paid Mr. Locatelli over $15,000.00 for services never rendered. Surveys were completed for an incorrect property and when I pointed that out to him, he disappeared with my money and ignored all attempts for a proper resolution. The last communication from Mr. Locatelli stated that he was sick and had not figured out the total amount he owed me for never completing any of the task needed. Since then, I have tirelessly to reach an amicable resolution to this matter but Peter has made it clear that hes okay with keeping hard money he didnt earn. Please use this review as a warning about the true price of doing business with this person. In this day age and economy the dollar means more than ever and with that I encourage you not to do business with this company! Service: Home addition construction
