I love One Stop Dry Cleaners. They have great prices and are very reliable. I've never had an issue, everything is always ready on time and the quality of work is great.

The ABSOLUTE WORST dry cleaner in Miami. AVIOD this dry cleaner if you value your clothing/garments. DONT BE FOOLED by their website/location. This place does the opposite of what the business stands for. I took my brand-new (very expensive) blazer to get dry cleaned for a wedding that was coming up and they ruined it. I took the blazer on Saturday for cleaning and they mentioned it would be ready by Monday, and it was but it came back with a stain on the pocket square. I called them back for a reservice of the pocket square area and gave them specific instructions of what needed to be cleaned and what color it should be. They picked it up. The following days they bring back the blazer, but now the pocket square was a completely different color. It was originally bright white, and they somehow managed to make it beige. I called them back for another reservice to make sure it came back as I purchased it which was bright white. I didn't trust them with instructions over the phone at this point, so I made sure to drive to the store first thing in the morning to give instructions on the blazer. When I show up, they mentioned the blazer was ready to go. When I see the blazer, first thing I check is the pocket square. It was the same exact beige as if they did nothing to the jacket. I look some more and notice the sleeve buttons on both sleeves were either completely broken or chipped. This was the day before the wedding. I just don't understand how a business specifically made to clean and fix clothing could do just the opposite of that. Do your self a favor and avoid the headache of dealing with such an incapable business. PLEASE READ THE REST OF THE 1 Star REVIEWS. I believe them without a doubt, I wish I would've read those reviews before dealing with this place.
