In and out in 15 minutes!
My appointment was at 7:45am. I checked in through my smartphone; after clicking on a link, provided on the appointment reminder text message, hours before my scheduled appointment; again inside the waiting roon on an IPad. They called me in at exactly 7:45.
My phebotomist; Craig; was very attentive and knowledgeable. He got my vein on the first try! Then I got my urine sample and out by 8am.
It was a great experience. Thank you.

Nurses did not care about me. Miscommunication came about my appointment she was not willing to help. One nurse rolled her eyes at me. The other nurse was not patient about my questions. No one at the front desk to assist me with a service. They just wanted to go home. Dont be a nurse if you dont want to help.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. This place is a garbage can. I highly recommend using any other quest besides this one. They are completely incompetent. My Dr has sent my order to them multiple times. I've made multiple appointments that I could not complete. Because upon arrival they can't find my info. I've wasted way to much time on this place. On top of all that they are completely rude. Complete trash

Our 1.5 year old needed blood work done and this facility was the best experience & staff we have experienced with labs yet. Their skills were light years beyond some others weve used. Well probably only use this location going forward for our family.
