The rooms and service here are great! The room was well laid out and had plenty of kitchen supplies. They have an outdoor pool as well as a gym and laundry on site. Included Breakfast was pretty standard. They are pet friendly :)

Clean. Friendly staff. Surprisingly great breakfast. Fair price. Will stay again!

I am a normal visitor to Hilton. When arriving I was told no elevator, I was on 4th floor. I asked who was going to take my bag up 4 flights. Was told that "we don't offer that kind of service". One would think if elevator broke, you would put into place a way to accommodate your paying customers. Do I asked where the closest hilton property was. I was then told if I don't stay I will be charged for one niggt....because of the hotel's elevator being broken.
THANK you to the Maintenance man....who understands customer service and offered to take my bag upstairs!!!!
So, I stayed. The room was fine.
Fast forward, my business changed, and after working a full day, I needed to check out a day early. After explaining my situation to the supervisor she now wanted to charge me for the last day that I would not be staying there for, as I was checking out at noon. Now she sees I'm a diamond member.....didn't matter. She offered me points, I said points don't save my company money. She said she would check with GM.....I haven't heard anything. I don't ask for much.....but I will never stay here again for business. We change plans all the time.....never had this issue either at the beginning or end of the stay.
And after all the issues reported.....no offer to lower rate, give me points, or a reason to revisit this hotel!!!
Rooms: Clean, and newer
Noteworthy details: If doing business east of this location, the commute will take a long time on Rte 50

Room was ok, not worth 300 a night though. To use the wifi you have to give up all your personal info, ie. Address phone number ect, they won't allow you to use a VPN to protect your connection, not acceptable.

Large clean rooms with kitchenette and pull out couch. Breakfast was good and the dining area is large and has lots of charging ports. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well.
