Horrible service... Arbury the phlebotomist said she was short of butterflies needles... and needed to keep some for later for her other appointments... sooo what I'm I? Not worthy? And the attitude... young and immature.

I had a terrible experience last Friday, May 26, 2023. The lab lady called my name I said good morning she didnt even acknowledge me. I was trying to talk to her, but she would not talk to me back when it was time to take my blood, she jab the needle in my arm and gave me a hematoma so my arm is really black and blue And with Pain. I was asked to give a survey which I did and gave her a bad review. When youre dealing with patients, (people) you have to be kinder, gentle and understanding that we feel too.
I will never use this facility again..

Always have had a pleasant experience here. I tend to get dissuade during my blood work and the staff is very accommodating when it comes to my needs.

I have to say me and my daughters experience at Quest today was something to remember! Yup getting lab work today was actually fun! My daughter said Ashley made her feel not nervous as she is usually dreading getting blood drawn. I didnt even get my blood drawn and it was my best time as well lol!
Everyone has different experiences so there are always going to be different reviews! But for us we are always going back to this location and we will definitely be asking for Ashley!!! Maybe everyone should as for her lol she is exceptional excellent at her job!!! Thank you Ashley!!
