They are awful!!! I received TWO arrangements from two different friends for my birthday Oct 1.. I get first one Wed Sept 30... The next one comes on my birthday boyhe late in afternoon... They ring bell and run.. So in first one..
Two of three roses never opened.... By Thurs eve..Flowers were already dying..
On second arrangement...same thing... They both came half empty water.. I put more water in every morning... So by sat..
Most of both arrangements were dead and falling over... Both of my friends said neither was what they ordered... Imagine that.. I called and left two messages.. No one called me back..imagine that... So one of the friends git them and they sent replacement today.. The guy went thru my bushes.. Stepped on my flowers.. Knocked over my red Bird.. Stopped to look at it..krot walking.. He left them om y doorstep...what a joke... Some flowers thrown in a vase...full of green leaves...no design at all. I call..get a Ronnie...sais sorry about delivery guy..tried to hang up on me...I then tell him I'm disappointed in the replacement...again...doesn't serm to care..only got one replacement... I hope both gakd get a refund... Do not use these ppl....terrible all the way around!!!!!

Horrible experience. The flowers looked like they were hastily arranged and the delivery driver was rude. When I called the shop to discuss the experience, the girl that answered the phone hung up on me.

My mum received a substandard bouquet of flowers 2 days late. They were sent from friends in England who called to question why the flowers had not been delivered. First they lied and said they tried to deliver them 3 times then they said the order was cancelled. Despite a further complaint from our friend in England, they delivered a bouquet which was supposed to be the next bigger bouquet in the range due to the lateness but the flowers that were delivered were full of green leaves and not many flowers. Some of the flowers were missing petals and didn't look fresh. We sent a photo of the flowers to our friend in England who called to complain and was told she could have her money back once they collected the substandard flowers first. Definitely DO NOT use this company.

Horrible experience at Christmas. They have still not done anything to compensate me for the expense of sending an ugly arrangement with inedible fruit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Ordered flowers for valentine's day and they were never delivered. When I called to get a refund, the florist admitted the flowers weren't sent because the order said the card was not processed when it was. They then claimed that all their website orders go through Teleflora so I would have to contact them for my refund (they refused to do so on my behalf even though they choose to utilize this third-party service). I told them my card statement showed Downtown Waterfront Florist, not Teleflora, but they insisted they never charged me and that I had to call Teleflora myself. Then they gave me a non-working number to contact Teleflora and then didn't answer the phone when I called back 5 minutes later, nor did they return my voicemail. Once I found my own way of getting ahold of Teleflora, the representative confirmed what I already suspected, the order never touched their systems. After leaving several voicemails with the florist over a span of a which were never ever returned, I finally had to contact my bank and file a charge dispute. This entire ordeal took nearly 2 months to resolve!
