For the most part the staff is ok. Everything else has completely changed and headed in a downward direction from when I first moved here. This year has by far been the worse and we will definitely be moving if we make it to the end of the lease.

I have been looking for a place in the Claremont area to be closer to my mother I have visited many apartments complexes but I will say yours is the nicest one. The staff is amazing the lady that who helped me I think her name was Susan I could be wrong, was very polite, sweet and made me feel welcome she was very professional and did an outstanding job you're truly trained your workers to be professional and it shows. Thank you and I will be seeing y'all soon

The team at Citrus Tower is amazing! Nate helped me when I locked my keys in the car with my son inside. He is always friendly and says hello. Susan is also a great help in the office and is always lending a helping hand to make living at CT a great experience.

Susan, the manager has been amazing! She has gone above and beyond to help me with a few matters. She has been very kind and friendly! I appreciate all her help.
