Was pretty much just window shopping getting some ideas for the future but the sales rep was very helpful and didn't mind us just looking around.

Sales people are great and the buying experience was super nice. Captain Keith was great and sales person Justin Johnson very helpful. The service department is a different experience. I've been taking the boat and trailer for warranty repairs and haven't had any luck. Last time I picked it up they installed a different color captain seat under warranty and doesn't match the originals, they replaced the stern light socket with different model, lucky I didnt get a ticket. Speakers were replaced and dindt even checked if they work, still sound blown. Also they washed the boat with the plug still installed and burned out the fuse to the bilge pump. Cracks in the gelcoat were never repaired. The boat is only 3 years old and the warranty just ran out and these are only a few examples of the never ending issues. Definitely do not recommend the service dept for anything and will be taking it somewhere else

The transaction went ok but I was extremely underwhelmed at the service I got buying a 100k plus boat. It was on empty when I took it, it was dirty, and they made me pay extra to drop it off at the marina. Not the level of service you would expect buying a high ticket item.
