My husband and I are very anxious when it comes to the dentist and weve looked everywhere for a new office that we would be comfortable at. Dr Wheatley and the staff were being amazing!! Best experience I have had since moving down to Florida! They made us both very comfortable and listened to our needs, and I cant wait to go back for my next appointment and get back on track my dental health! From the front desk staff to the hygienist to the x-ray tech to the dentist himself was an overall five star experience

I made an online appointment for a regular cleaning. I received an appointment confirmation and even a reminder! I arrived to my appointment and it seemed that they were not prepared to take me. Everybody looking at the computer screen trying to find my information After that they said they were not taking my insurance, when it was not my first time going there and using my same insurance! The cherry on top of the cake was when they refused to perform a regular cleaning to remove coffee stains in my teeth!
First dentist office that in my entire life has done that!
I left the office extremely dissappointed!

Today I found my dentist! I had a horrible experience with my last dentist and this practice has renewed my faith in finding a good dentist. They treat you like a person that you matter and I am just so happy to have found them. My crown broke yesterday and they got me in and made it right. They didnt do the crown that broke but most definitely are correcting what had been done prior. Dr Austin Wheatley is just amazing and truly cares. Thank you!!

Went in person to make an appointment to discuss pain in my upper front teeth. Was told by the office manager, who made the appointment, there would be no charge for the consultation with the doctor to discuss a plan. The morning of the appointment I received phone calls from the office regarding my insurance. I told them I was not sure of my dental insurance but that I was told there would be no charge for today anyway. The girl insisted that there was a miscommunication and I would be charged for a full office visit. After reading all the reviews about how these people run their office, I'm glad I canceled.

Just came by as a new patient for a checkup and the service was amazing, everybody is very kind including receptionists and all technicians who helped me. Everything was explained to me in detail and they were very kind and considerate. Highly recommend going here!! :)
