First off I am appreciative for the storage that was provided to me June through November. I called today to move out of my spot as I sold my camper. I tried to call the office and nobody answered. I called Rick the manager at the Pine Island location where I stored my camper and told him I was moving. He was extremely rude and told me I should have called a few days prior to let him know I was selling my camper. The issue is I did not know if it was going to sell. I did not want to give up the space if that was the case. I don’t find it any of his business why I didn’t call earlier. I was notifying him and with a weeks notice of the end of the month. The gentleman is very unprofessional whenever I have encountered him. Walking around the lot without a shirt on and always seems to not know what’s going on. The whole system is a mess as he writes everything down on spare paper and does not have actual paperwork. The lot is overcrowded and from what I understand it takes forever to get a boat trailer out when you need it as they have to move others around with a tractor. Regardless the space worked for what I needed, the management needs work.
