      image Horrible branch! Jorge Ramos was very dismissive, also the branch manager. They didnt even try to understand that we were upset about being misinformed twice by Wells Fargo on the phone. Horrible customer service!
      Also let us wait, even with an appointment.

      image This place is terrible. They hold your money even when the finds have been verified. They say they cant do anything about it but I know they can because they have in the past. Straight trash people and a trash company. I will be closing my account and going elsewhere.
