I ordered Easter flowers for our daughter and did not get what I paid for. There were three tiers of pricing for size of the bouquet and amount of flowers.I paid for the most expensive. What she received had less flowers than the lowest cost bouquet, which was half the price. I looked for an email address to provide feedback and get answers, but there was none to be found, so instead I am here and will call them on Monday for a partial refund. I am giving two stars simply because they delivered them on time.

Bloomingdale Florist is handsdown the best! Especially Karen Today I came to Bloomingdale Florist to make a sympathy arrangement for my best friend who passed away. I told them she loved color and wanted a beautiful floral arrangement that she would love and they outdid themselves. Not only was the floral arrangement spectacular, it was everything I asked for and more. This was a very special floral arrangement and I'm glad I came here. I highly recommend this place. Wonderful service and wonderful work! Thank you Bloomingdale Florists for making this very special flower arrangement in memorial of my best friend. - Maria

I do not recommend I dont know if Sharon is the owner or manager Our experience with her during our stressful time was not good So disappointed.

We ordered a half casket spray to include stargazers lilies which were my sisters favorite flower & we included a picture of what we wanted the spray to look like & we were told it was doable but unfortunately it didnt look like the picture we had sent & when we said we werent satisfied with the look of the spray & how it didnt resemble the picture we had sent to them because there wasnt many stargazers lilies in it. We were told we apologize you werent happy but we did included stargazers & these are 2 of the same verity of flower & we did it to value.Words of advice for anyone else wanting a specific flower for a casket spray to please confirm this info before the day of their service so your not as disappointed as we were with the lack of that certain flower. We had wanted to pull out the stargazer lilies from the casket spray arrangement & have each of us family members lay them across her casket individually at the cemetery ceremony but we didnt have enough from the spray so it was very disappointing & more sadness that we didnt need on this day & especially after thinking we had made it clear with a picture as to what we wanted the spray to be.
Needless to say we wont be using Blooimgdale florist in the future or recommending Bloomingdale florist to anyone after their response to our dissatisfaction with our casket spray.
