I don't want to give them even a 1/4 star.
Yesterday was the first time my wife saw the cardiologist Dr. Acharya. We had to wait over 1 month for him to give test results which evidently were inconclusive. His main recomendation was to take Statins. My wife explained that she has bad reactions to them. So he suggested a different drug that didn't have the same side effects. WRONG!! We checked on-line and it does have the same side effects. I asked why he wants to put her on this drug. His answer was, " She will just poop out the cholesterol, instead of it going into her system. " WOW!
Then he said something about she doesn't have any previous heart problems or heart attacks. We corrected him immediately about her heart attack in 2010. So evidently he has not read her file or notes because we make sure we tell them everytime she sees someone at these interconnected clinics.
We are so very disgusted with the whole experience we have had at this facility.
I don't understand how it could be so disorganized and unprofessional...
