The manager needs to go, no clue about customer service. Three times I needed a favor and to each they said no. Banks used to court customers, this bozo considers customers an inconvenience.
Charged a $45 international wire fee when I said the wire is for a 501 c3 non profit and if you do charge me, I will move signifcant deposits to another institution. They said nothing, significant funds are being moved today and I told them the worst part is they don't even care. Too intricated to change banks but avoid this branch. SCREW BOA.
Buying a house, not a chance in hell would I use BOA for a mortgage or financial investments.
Too big to care. Enjoy that $45.00.

Kudos to Felipe and Shelley for making my experience smooth and easy! They were very patient and solution oriented. We were at the branch at closing time and they handled our situation efficiently. They were even accommodating to my young child who was with me. Thanks again!
