Usually I have great interactions with your tellers but today was the worst customer service I have seen at a bank. I would never open an account at this branch with customer service this bad.
I never do ratings.... but this one was just wrong.

Personable.
Passionate.
Professional.
As a brand new business owner, I've got A LOT of questions, and John Lang took the time to explain business loans to me.
It may have stung to know that I was not quite eligible for a loan but John also took the time to help improve my financial status to be eligible for a loan, down the road.
Banking and finance has always been a mystery to me, and I'm very happy to have John walk me through all the complexities of small business finance.
