Office staff is very rude ,the agent is a sweet lady, but her staff especially so called office manager is the rudest ,talks about every customer once they are done in person or on the phone. Horrible office staffing

This allstate is the worst one in the state of Florida they're very rude and very unknowledgeable. The owner is a very rude old lady and she should plan to retire soon because obviously she does not have any customer service experience what so ever. Definitely should save your money and go somewhere else if you need insurance. They will not get the job done and will take your money also.

Recently switched to Allstate through Trishas agency. I have never had such a professional and joyful experience with auto insurance. The entire agency is so friendly, helpful, and responsive. I totally recommend coming here for ANY of your insurance needs!
