Terrible experience! All I needed was to re-cement my over-denture to the implants that has been working great.On the phone I was told it would be a free quote but once on the chair, doctor Nadel said I had loose implants and needed x-rays at $75.00 per x-ray. The old Bait and Switch. Also, when I attempted to tell him my situation he cut me off and said that it was late in the day and he didn't need to hear anymore talking. He went on to say he knew was he was doing and I didn't have to talk anymore. He basically told me to shut up. Very rude for a professional and someone who just met me....One last thing, the receptionist or assistant was terrific. He is lucky to have her!.......Doctor Nadel responded and I guess I cannot respond to the response otherwise Google would be a Facebook. His response, "you should not expect services for free and then complain about our office when we ask for a reasonable fee. That is almost funny. I should not expect services for free and complain when I am ask to pay. I have a suggestion doctor. Don't offer free quotes and then charge the patient, Free IS free. If you are going to charge, say, "it's free, maybe."

This doctor and office is exactly what you're searching for!!
You don't need to look any further!!
I had a very bad experience with a recent dental visit at another practice. So of course, it led me to searching for another dentist. I called Comfort Care Dental because the advertisement read implants $1899, (because I was previously told that an implant was my only option to rectify the problem) and spoke with Rhonda, whom answered ALL my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable regarding my inquiry and she was exceptionally pleasant, patient and professional! So, I booked an appointment.
On the day of my appointment, 02/16, I met Rosalie and Dr. Nadel. In my life I've been to several dental visits and many offices. However, until today I've NEVER been WOWED!! I was reallyyyy impressed with the hospitality and chairside manner from the doctor and Rosalie.
Prior to my visit I'd been told by three (3) other dentist/consults the only way to rectify the issue was an implant at the cost/range of $3500 to $6000 for one (1) tooth.
Dr. Nadel took one look at my tooth and the xray and gave me an option that lowered the original consults by HALF! In addition to my original inquiry regarding the implant.
It's really nice to see that there's still GOOD and HONEST dentist still in the industry.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST/PRACTICE!!
I further understand that your personal experience is the best experience...than I say don't pass up this ONE!

I had an implant done today .
Dr Nadel is Excellent ! I couldn't believe how quickly the procedure was completed. Rosalee , Rhonda & the Dental Hygienist are also outstanding! The office has all state of the art equipment & practices the highest standard of cleanliness. 10
