Showed up at 8:28 for my 8:30 appointment. No one at the front desk, didnt see anyone for 20 minutes. They finally call me back, turns out the front desk scheduled me as an emergency appointment instead of a cleaning like I asked to be scheduled for. They tell me as a new patient I need to complete several X-Rays and various exams to figure out what kind of cleaning I need. Fine, that makes sense. No one tells you whats going on, you have to pester them for any information, otherwise they sit at the front desk and pretend you arent there. Ive been here for 3 hours (and counting) and not once has someone checked on the status of my cleaning, assured me Ill be helped soon, or apologized for my extremely long wait time. I have been here for 3 hours!!!!!!!
