(I don't recommend coming in 5 mins before they close for the day) but in a pinch, that's exactly what I had to do and the two representatives that assisted me were awesome! I had a large amount of coins to exchange and they patiently went through each coin roll and worked their magic.

If youre looking for customer service then dont bother using Chase at all. First they of all the screwed up a wire transfer and didnt bother saying anything until it was too late and it had to be sent back and done right. And secondly I deposited a check my father gave me to cover it and he uses Chase as well and they want to hold it because it has to be released. I was told when it post theyll deposit it. So they cant post a check from their bank and deposit to an account in their bank in a day. The amount of ignorance Ive been shown since switching to chase is unbelievable.
