Sonora at Lighting First in Bonita Springs provides excellent customer service. We were introduce dot her/the store by Donna Qualk at Baers Furniture (also excellent
!). She is knowledgeable and clear in her communication. The selection is outstanding and the prices reasonable. We bought three chandeliers and two fans. I later called to add two more fans to the order. Sonora helped me chose the right size via phone. She also has a very bright personality which has made the experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend the store and her. We are taking delivery shortly and using their electrician. Cant wait!

I came in the other week and had a great experience. My wife and I just bought a houses which needed lighting and we had no idea what we were looking for. Kymberlie greeted us right away and immediately knew how to help us. I strongly believe she helped turn our house into a forever home. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Kymberlie when you go!

Veryy happy customer !! Went in about a week ago with my mother & was helped by a young lady Kymberlie... if there was a button to give her 5 more gold stars i would push it, she provided my mom with ideas and left 100 percent satisfyed, hard to come by employees with such passion for what they do these days, thankyou Kymberlie !!!

Who knew buying my first Chandelier would be such a positive and eye opening experience?! The term "leave it to the professionals" definitely applies here, I would have been so lost and disappointed with the result had it not been for Kymberlie's knowledge and patience in helping me! Not to mention her artistic eye, the piece looks great in my new home! Thank you so much!!

I came to Lighting First in Bonita and it was a great experience! Kymberlie Ferris helped me while I was there and she was great! She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. I would absolutely recommend!
