I bought sandals, I paid 860 and no one can stand them, they are the most uncomfortable I have ever worn in my life, I wore it for 1 hour, I went to return or they would give me a solution but nothing. I bought shoes for my husband and they are the same . Dosen't recommended at all. On shoes very bad experience

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Gucci. They seem to be too large for my face and fall off, so I called and asked if they could be adjusted. They said they could be adjusted in the store but if it is a major issue then they would have to be sent out for a repair.
So I went into the store and tried to let them know of this situation but was immediately told NO and told to go to a sunglass hut to have them fixed. I again tried to ask them why if they were purchased at Gucci? And they just again told me no that I should go to another eyeglass store.
They did not even let me show them my product and I felt that I was sent away because I wasnt making a big purchase :/
