      Louie Bossi's Ristorante Bar Pizzeria

      Louie Bossi is not your typical chef. Growing up in an Italian household in New York he remembers the aromas of roasted garlic and fresh meatballs sizzling from his family’s kitchen. Raised by a single mother juggling three jobs, Bossi taught himself to cook at the age of eight. Working his way from dishwasher to cook at the local pizzeria Bossi developed a love for the art of pizza making. Relocating to Florida in 2000, Bossi landed his first job with Big Time Restaurant Group as grill cook. Exploring different positions within their popular portfolio of restaurants Chef Bossi proved to be one of the hardest working and most inspired chefs in the company, which earned him the coveted Executive Chef position at Big City Tavern. Bossi's D.I.Y. approach has led him to obtain a certification from Chef Brian Polcyn in the ancient art and technique of charcuterie, as well as becoming a Master Pizza Maker from The Scuola Italiana Pizzaoili in San Francisco.

      image My girlfriend and I sat outside and the atmosphere was great but our server made the night, Michael took care of us and he was so charming, funny and caring. He took the night from a 7/10 to a 10/10 anyone going here ask this man to take care of you !! He was delightful couldnt ask for more !

      image The worst experience I ever had in Boca. I needed to wait 25min for someone to come to my table and take my order and even after waiting that much I needed to ask for the manager to take my order because I never meet the waitress. Never backing to that place again.

      image Chicken and pork ws so over cooked it wasn't edible !! Horrible!!!! Then we had 5 margaritas shocked when we got the bill $220 plus parking $ 230 total margaritas $18 and added rocks pour $4.80 $23 per margaritas and it was HAPPY HOUR WHATTTT ???? not worth the money, don't waste your money here it's not worth it
      Parking: $8 plus tip Thats expensive if your spending money at their restaurant
