Sophia took care of me today, she is a very sweet and kind young lady. I always buy my sunglasses polarized and it is very difficult for me to find something I like and that are polarized too, but she was very helpful in showing me different options. Thank you Sophia!! Very happy with my purchase

Fabiola is the worst. Terrible customer service, tried to fix my glasses, ruined it completely. Rude and disrespectful, tried to sneak in wrong parts blaming me that I was sitting on my glasses. Said that she will give us a refund and after we stayed in line told us that she cant do it and we have to wait for the manager. Low quality experience.

Worst customer service ever they don't answer the phone what's the use of having a phone I work in retail and we don't put customers on hold for that long I have never shopped here but must say they are suppose to help me 1st then the customer on floor the store must have enough employees such a shame was on hold for 15 mins no help or response called again like 8 times
