Posting here in hopes David will read and get to my refund.
I purchased a new passport via fast passport center and unfortunately it could not be completed in time. David was quick to call once I placed an order, offering directions on how to complete everything.
He then told me he could not do it in time of my trip, and he would send me all of my documents as well as a full refund. I did receive all of my documents.
Unfortunately I have not received any form of refund and I keep getting “ok” as responses from David when I email him about it.
It’s been since October that we discussed a refund.
Probably best if you just go the post office route for getting and working with passport needs.

A very good service with no hassle. They provided a handy Fedex mailer to send our documents and returned our renewed passport within 2 weeks. All went very well and the final amount we paid was much better than those of all the competitors I checked.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! David is extremely misleading in his business practices. I paid for 8-12 day delivery and after 2 weeks with no delivery I called David.. He never answers his phone, nor replies to emails - he is impossible to get in touch with. After I finally got in touch with him and expressed my frustration and anxiety about the delay, he RAISED HIS VOICE with me accusing me of ignorance towards pandemic delays. I am sorry, but sir, it has been a a year and a half and you haven't found time to update your site!? EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Save yourself from this terrible, anxiety provoking experience.

Terrible experience. The company cannot deliver what their website promises. I called the company 3 times before paying for a passport renewal seeking to confirm they were able to get me what I needed, and each time it went straight to voicemail and my call was not returned. I then paid $125 for a passport renewal within 8-12 business days, which is one of the options listed on the website. Several hours after paying, I get a call from the owner, David, saying that in order for them to get my passport renewed within that time, I will need to pay another $200. What?? He claims that there is a new regulation that came out a few days ago that changes the passport renewal times. I ask him to send me a copy of the new regulation and he refuses. He says his website is not current but that he will update it to accurately reflect the current options. As of today, the website has not been changed at all. Also, as I'm talking to David and requesting a refund, my credit card is charged AGAIN for another $125. David refused to take any responsibility for his misleading website, and acted like it was no big deal that I wasted most of the day expecting this. He has now refunded one of the two charges but not the other. Make sure to check your credit card payments closely because it appears that other people have been charged twice by this company. I would not trust them again with any service, let alone something important like a passport renewal.
