Avoid parking here! I booked this parking garage through ParkWhiz. The garage information on ParkWhiz stated that the garage was not open during the nighttime hours of 12am to 6am. I booked the garage to park for a Nats game that would be over by midnight.
I returned to the garage at approximately 11:15pm to find that all internal access ways (Safeyway and CVS) we locked. Additionally, the physical garage door was closed. There was a placard with a number to call to gain entry, but there was also a $50 fee. A large group of people from the game were gathering as no one could gain entry to the garage.
Eventually a wonderful man who was attending the game happened to also work in the adjacent building. Security let him enter through the internal stairwell. When he exited the garage, the large group of people ran down the driveway ramp. This was extremely unsafe.
I would highly recommend you find another garage so that your car is not held hostage. There are many other comparable garages that will let you access your vehicle during posted hours. Will never book with ParkWhiz or SP+ Parking again.

The ticket machines are constantly malfunctioning at this location. I got charged twice yesterday. Once at the machine inside and again at the gate. Problem is they have a monopoly on parking at this location. It doesn't matter because you have no choice.

Do not park here for DC United games. It took me 30 minutes to get out of the garage and I wasn't that far from the front of the line. The machine wasn't working properly and there was only one attendant working both gates. Rather than let 7 or 8 cars out each time he was taking notes on each ticket. There had to be people behind me that waited over an hour to get out of the garage. Never again.

I was only 4 minutes after my 90 minutes stamp/ validation with safeway store bill and instead $ 14.00 for an hour extra charge, I was charged $25.00 for a full day parking. The parking agent was very rude and after the charge he suggest to call the menager. The number on their website is invalid number, there is no option to leave a message so I'll contact some government agencies to follow on this company and on their licencing. They do not deserve even one star review.
