I going though a hardship now please pray for myself and my family but , My experience with Mission Square Retirement is great .My wait time was as expected , on time . The representative (Alexiss) I apologize for the misspelling (Alexia ) ; her customer service was excellent, she assist in all my inquiries and even gave advice . Thank you .

LOOSING MONEY: Im a previous employee of the Washington Convention Center Authority. I resigned from the Washington Convention Center in 2008. I left my retirement savings with WCCAs retirement management company, ICMA-RC (currently Mission Square Retirement (MSR)). During a review of my retirement accounts, I saw that my MSR account lost approximately 40% of its value between 1/1/2022-12/31/2022. In my lifetime, I have not experienced this type of financial loss. My current retirement savings are managed by the federal governments Thrift Savings Plan. In addition, I have two other retirement accounts at previous places of employment that have not had this type of loss. Someone at MSR must explain this loss of value.

Every time I make a withdrawal I check DO NOT WITH HOLD STATE TAXES. How hard is it? Am I their first customer? Is this rocket science? The last 4 times they have withheld state taxes. I have called every day this week (today is Thursday) and have been on hold for an average of an hour every single time. Finally got a live person today. She said she would tell the 'department' the information about the state taxes being withheld and in two weeks someone will call me back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! She has no confirmation number for me that a ticket is really being put in. I KNOW NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. THIEVES. I THINK SOMEONE IS EMBEZZELING OUR MONEY. Now she is saying I can fill out a form for withdrawals and I can fax it in. I don't have a fax machine. This is ridiculous. I am so mad now. This is the worst company on the planet. And of course they don't care, look at their reviews.
