      image Lied to by customer service multiple times. Lack of transparency. Ive had the service for 2 weeks and its been out for 2 days. Thinking verizon is worth the extra cost and will begin to look at switching

      image Internet service was fine, rates increased substantially after initial year offer. When I changed providers they provided a label to return equipment and I shipped through FedEX and confirmed delivery. 3 weeks later Astound charged my credit card $100 for not returning the equipment which was shown as delivered as far as I could see. Bad business practices, would recommend other providers whenever possible.
