      image Honest opinion
      Staffs were very kind, but some of them did not know what to do, they do need more training. Also, every single update had to go through the manager so he had to go back and forth which I felt like it was waste of time.
      Appointments were hard to schedule. I also had to wait about 10 minutes even when I was scheduled to meet.
