This place sucks! Ive made two appointments over the past year and each time I show for my appointment on time, there is some reason I cant be seen. They are not compassionate at all here. The doctors clearly are only here for a paycheck and to accommodate themselves. Patient care is not their strong suit and save yourselves the time but not coming here and just schedule at Wilmington hospital. Most likely Foulk rd will interfere with you not being seen and not meeting your patient needs. Patients are not treated with dignity and respect. Their ethics here are horrible. Ms. Nevins you should really look at this facility and the poor care they provide for their patients.

Very sad the way you treated me since I been at this place worst service ever!!!!!!!! One graduation and the other one doesnt even call..you back!!!!!

Can't get an appointment. Make you jump thru hoops and never call you back. I just want to make an appointment for my kid. Practice was good when Bercaw ran it. Now that it Christiana Care took it (and everything else) over. The practice has suffered. Medical pablum. Except for billing. They got that down.

I have been coming to this facility since 2016 and I absolutely love it here - my FNP, Alyssa Hancock, is wonderful, she listens to me and takes time to discuss things, she also is very caring and understanding. I have chronic pain with a degenerative spine, and I always have all of my needs met here and never feel brushed aside or rushed. Dr. Jamie Rapacciuolo is also great, whenever my primary is out she assists me with whatever I need.
Highly recommend both of these amazing ladies!
