      image Ms. Jessup assistant Marie is rude and unprofessional. She sends emails with invoices attached with no explanation of what they're for. She also doesn't use any greeting, i.e., Ms., Mrs. I am now paying exorbitant late fees on taxes due to the shabby accounting. They did not file my taxes because a $150 payment wasn't received. They never called to tell me and when I emailed to ask status on my taxes I received no response. Very rude and unprofessional.
