Basic beach town hotel. No water anywhere in sight but seems like they get hit hard in the season. Rooms were clean but worn. Don't expect a palace if you're paying for a shed. Area seemed safe enough, parking lot is well lit. Front desk staff is friendly. Continental breakfast in the morning seemed adequate enough.

Hotel was okay. However the staff SUCKS. NEVER A SMILE OR GOOD MORNING, HOW ARE YOU
AND SABEE (male) IS THE WORST. He told the manager a lie about my niece and stole $100.00 from me. And for my niece being a nice guest the manager banned my niece from the hotel based on a lie her awful employee told. Then the manager called EVERY HOTEL IN REHOBOTH AND TOLD THEM TO BAN MY NIECE FROM THEIR HOTELS. God only knows what that woman said.

My family has traveled all over the country and have stayed in much nicer hotels. And NEVER have
we had an issue with the staff and nor has any staff member of the many hotels weve stayed in
had an issue with our family.

The trip started off pleasant. The location was exactly where we wanted to be, right in the middle of the three outlets, as well as very close to all the restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. The jacuzzi was the highlight of the room ( Room 122 - PLEASE read further in the review ) . The room was decent, updated furnishing but still had its issues including the shower which took forever to drain and low water pressure. Customer service was decent while we were there, but not the best. Day 2 ruined everything. We returned to the hotel to a BED BUG crawling around on the bed, the bed that I had to make myself due to room service not showing up as we requested. We immediately packed everything up and got out of there. The front desk employee (I believe his name was Sajaad, but could be mistaken), provided us an email to send the pictures/video we took for the manager to review and advised once we requested refund through Expedia, the manager should approve the refund for us, as this is an issue that shouldnt taken lightly. We had to unexpectedly drive over 2 hours home after stopping at a laundromat to be precautious, and cancel reservations at a separate establishment to which we got no refund from as well, which was highly disappointing. I have YET to be contacted by any manager to any of the emails ive sent regarding these issues, and denied my refund request. Every time I called and or Expedia called, the manager was not available. They continued renting out the room for sale after we left with clear disregard for the issue at hand, which they apparently have known about as 7 months ago there is a review of the same issue in the SAME exact room we stayed in (Room 122) (which we did NOT see until after we left, or else we would have NEVER booked). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since they did not want to communicate with me. Please be ALERT and check your rooms before staying !!!!!
