Excellent service with great drivers! Pleasant and friendly and very reliable. I don't travel often to Delaware but when I do, I use Delaware Express!

I needed to get my children from the University of Delaware to the Philadelphia airport to catch an early morning flight to join us in Disneyworld over their fall break. I was very stressed as it was a 3 AM pick up and there was 95 construction with lane closures overnight. Although Delaware express came highly recommended in the past, I saw that the recent reviews with Covid were not positive.
My children had a fabulous experience: driver was on time, polite, car was beautiful. They got them to the airport in less than 40 minutes. We were amazed! I wanted to make sure people heard good things after several bad reviews during the Covid pandemic.

Had a huge request for Delaware Express and they delivered! D.E. took their time to understand the expectations before booking our shuttles, sending out confirmations, and following up with specifics prior to providing their services. Toni proved to be incredibly reliable and easy to work with, but the whole team did their part in making sure our expectations were met. Thank you!

Made a limo reservation August 3rd online (and paid). Returned yesterday after a 9 hours flight and 6 hour time change to find our driver left. He sent a text he was there but when we called that we had our bags he stated someone else was to pick us up now. We called the office and found out that the new driver was 30 minutes away with a van!! So we paid for a limo and got a van and had to wait more then 30 minutes for the new drivers. We were told a customer service manger would calls us back, but no surprise no one called.
