BEWARE EVERYONE!! I wish I had looked into this attorney. Make sure you select your own attorney and do not go with the one your real estate agent suggests! James Curran is not the one to use as a Real Estate attorney. He is very unprofessional. He failed to represent my best interest. He lost my paperwork and important information related to my real estate property transfer. I felt he was pretty much a con-man looking out for his best interest.
I wish I had done my research better.
