I cannot believe this place! Horrible customer service: the guy with whom I was on the phone with, asking about an order placed a week before valentine day, as to why its not delivered yet (on Valentines Dayits 7pm now), hung up on me while being extremely rude, saying people called out and hes not sure if Im receiving the order. Wow. Will not recommend nor will I ever order from this place.

Thank you for your review, as you were told on the phone, businesses and schools that close had to be delivered before we started delivering Home deliveries when you called it was 6 PM not seven, and when you were being explained to why we were going through the time period that we were due to traffic, construction and business and school deliveries, you then proceeded to scream, and yell at me, telling me that I did not understand why you were upsetI also offered to a full refund to then you continue to yell at me at that point in time I told you that I am no longer entertaining this conversation and that you have a good day so I hope you have a better day and a wonderful year

Watch out for a fake website imitating this company!!!
The owners made up for it by sending free flowers. So nice

You called this morning and left your first voicemail this morning and we did not deliver yesterday because it was too cold to leave outside as you directed or else it would’ve been dead. thirdly you ordered it from a company that is posing as us that set us the order third-party wise.
