I went to pick out carpet. Waited well over 1/2 hour to even be acknowledged. (I was standing by the front desk). I flagged someone down to help me, and picked out a remnant. I was told someone would call me within the next 72 hours to come measure the room. After 3 days I didn't hear from anyone so I went elsewhere. I hadn't gotten decent service before the sale and wasn't going to chance being jerked around any further especially after they got my money.

Poor customer service. We ordered our floor and it took Airbase 6 weeks to get my floor after I ended up calling supplier and customer service many times no one knew about my order status and I was told they will give me a call by the EOD but no one ever called. I even called Cali Bamboo they did not found my order and they mentioned that it never was submitted until I called the store (one of the million times). All female working there’s are not helpful. Erik who installed my floor was amazing guy. He finished my floor in one day and now I love my floor. Thank you Erik you are the best.

Great service with sales, customer service and instillation. Dan and Woody were a great help with sales. Lori was a blessing with scheduling and answering any questions we had with our order and installation. Our installer Johnny was excellent he did a beautiful job on our floors. Removed and cleaned up old carpeting. He even stayed late into the evening to finish and make sure the job was done right.
