      Initially built for the ill fated Bank of Milford, the Bank House has a deep and colorful history. Changing ownership between multiple banks, doctors, and several Governors, the Bank House has now been transformed into a bed & breakfast within historical Milford, DE. Check out one of our four fully furnished, Victorian-era suites. Each suite contains its own full bath, free wifi, and period-specific furnishings. Be sure to also browse one of the largest private libraries in Delaware.

      image Gorgeous building and grounds are professionally maintained by Mike, who is also a great cook! Breakfast was healthy and delicious. We were comfortable and well fed! Highly recommend.

      image Owner Mike was awesome, very attentive, warm and inviting atmosphere! The pool was kept very clean and was an added touch of relaxation which was a nice change if you didn't want to go to the beach! THE Room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious and we felt welcomed immediately. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

      image Amazing cozy rooms in a historic building! The host Mike made excellent breakfast and has a great sense of humor. Hanging in the pool on a hot weekend couldn't be beat. We will absolutely be coming back soon!
