Established in 1997, Meta Caserta-Hanley started off a business venture to start her own cleaning company. She quickly found an edge over the competition by performing services traditionally offered by standard cleaning companies, such as cleaning woodwork, doors, vertical and horizontal cleans (i.e. Meta’s Clean–ITALICS).

Over the years, all of Meta’s children have helped her in business, working just about every summer off from grade school.  Meta’s youngest son, Michael DiNardo, decided upon his high-school graduation that he would one day run the business. For six years, Michael took the initiative to learn the trade. In 2021, Meta, Michael, and Nick (the 2nd youngest of Meta’s five boys) decided to enter into joint ownership of the business.
