Pleasure to have this company on a job. Kitchen remodel hired by contractor Fine Remodeling. On time, nice, professional. Took care of all the needs, def would love to use again for electric needs. Small issue came up weeks later, with pleasure they stopped back over and took care of the work. Excited about future projects and getting this team back. I originally contracted Abe for ceiling fan installs. After about a week the fan feature on both fans stopped working. After calling numerous times to schedule a time for them to fix something they already done and to add wiring for a wall mounted TV, I was told the next appointment was 3 weeks away.
On my appointment day, at 8am, I did not hear the doorbell and phone. About 10 mins later I realized I missed the doorbell. I called them several times and after an hour later they finally called me back. On the call the earliest they would come back was another 3 weeks. So this will mean I would be 6 weeks with out a service I already paid for.
While I understand things happen, my reason for the 1 star rating is they did not honor their work and did not act as they wanted to ensure they can provide a good service by getting out to fix as soon as possible. The other reason for my 1 star is the lack of response when calling. It took over a week to get a call back when setting up appointment. Also, lack of professionalism. As the business owner you need to honor your service, and not be unprofessional on a call. Service: Install fan
