My husband and I weren't new to the 3principles understanding before booking on a couples retreat with Lori, but apart from quite literally saving our marriage, our understanding of the 3 principles deepened enormously. It was such a joy to spend time with Lori who was so accepting, loving and firm when she needed to be. Lori is a very authentic person and her total ability to be herself gives others the permission to be completely themselves. It is hard to put into words just how much Lori has impacted our lives bringing understanding and compassion to ourselves and each other, we have now had several days with not a squabble and we are laughing again...

I was always having anti-panic attack medication with me and using it. But at some point of time after working with Lori and my introduction to the 3 Principles, I no longer carry this med in my purse :) did not even notice when this happened. So far I manage my panic attacks naturally, even during severe events. Amazing! Thank you so much Lori for showing me what the Principles meant for my life!

I don't usually write reviews but this time I feel obligated to reach out to as many people as I can because of how much Lori and the 3 Principles have helped me. For as long as I can remember I have struggled with thoughts, relationships, connections, social situations and though I was able to function in my day to day life, I was constantly getting stuck on my thoughts and ruminating over things and it was exhausting and I was tired of it. I liken it to divine intervention that I happened upon Lori’s biography and methodology and as soon as I read that her philosophy focused on one’s mind and thoughts, I had a gut feeling (literally) that this is where I needed to start. After just two meetings with Lori I was able to see and perceive things in a whole new way and it has helped me in every area of my life imaginable. And I will never go back to the “old” me; I understand the connection between mind and thoughts and feelings and that I have the power over all of them. I will forever be grateful for that first day I walked into Lori’s office and walked out knowing my life and everything about it had changed forever in ways I could not have thought possible. I so badly want others to experience this as well and if me writing this review will help one person then it is a good start to do my part to give back and help others get unstuck and grow too. Please reach out to Lori, meeting her is one of the best things that has happened to me.
