They did our sprinklers and seem really great but reached out twice for additional projects and they simply dont call back or respond. I think they are literally burdened by too much work - which is just normal for the trades now unfortunately.

Filled out an online estimate for a lawn renovation. Nobody returned my call. Obviously not interested in my business. I did see the Chenail pick up truck do a slow drive- by and I guess there wasn't enough profitability to their liking. Oh well, there's many others.

April 2021 Update-
We also engaged with Chenail to redo our entire landscape. They completed this work in early fall of 2020. The work was phenomenal. It is most evident this Spring as everything has come to life. They have such deep knowledge of what works in our Connecticut climate.
We have had friends engage with them after seeing the work at our home. They delivered above and beyond for them as well. We recommend them highly. Just a great company to work with. Great work all around. We are very happy with them on all fronts.
Fall 2020-
I contracted with Chenail to install a new sprinkler system at my home. From quote to install they were very timely. Their pricing was very fair, and I feel like I got a lot of value.
The installation was great. The team is very professional. I felt that they treated the install as if it were their own home. Things were done right.
Im very pleased with the end result and am very happy we chose Chenail over others.
